The round table discussion with the EU Pravo-Justice Project

On 31 January 2023, FUND “SAFE UKRAINE 2030” together with the EU Pravo-Justice Project and the Ukrainian Bar Association held a round table discussion on the relevance of class- action lawsuits in the Ukrainian legal framework.

We are grateful to our foreign colleagues who shared their experience of implementing similar regulations in other countries. Also, we would like to thank Ukrainian scholars and representatives of the judiciary for sharing their vision and systemic assessment of the prospects.
